A monthly journey back to the most ancient rhythm within you
Before you had a name.
Before you had a story.
Before you learned who you were supposed to be…
You breathed.
And from your very first inhale to your final exhale, the breath remains one of the most intimate relationships you will ever have with life itself.
Yet somewhere along the way, many of us forget how to breathe consciously.
We hold our breath when we are afraid.
We shorten it when we are stressed.
We tighten around it when we are trying to survive.
The body remembers.
And sometimes, before we can speak our healing…
we simply need to breathe.
🌹 A Monthly Space to Come Home to Yourself
Conscious Breathwork is an invitation to pause the noise of the external world and enter the inner landscape of your body.
Through a fusion of conscious breathwork, breath-led movement, Tantra, sound, embodied awareness and the exploration of Śakti — our creative life-force energy — we create space to listen to what the body has been holding.
The breath is more than something that simply keeps us alive.
It is one of the few functions of the body that happens automatically, yet can also be consciously influenced.
And this is where something beautiful begins.
Through the breath, we can begin to consciously communicate with our body.
We can notice when we are contracted.
When we are holding.
When we are bracing for something that has already passed.
And through awareness, rhythm and intentional breathing, we may begin to invite the body into a different experience.
This is not about forcing an experience.
It is an invitation to soften.
To feel.
To awaken.
To release.
To remember.
Conscious breathwork invites us to become aware of these patterns.
Not to judge them.
But to meet them.
“Yathā prāṇaḥ tathā manaḥ.”
As the breath, so the mind.
The breath can become a bridge—
between the conscious and unconscious,
between the mind and the body,
between contraction and expansion,
between what we have suppressed and what is ready to be felt.

🌹 TANTRA & THE BREATHING BODY
Tantra invites us into a different relationship with ourselves.
Rather than rejecting the body in search of something “higher,” Tantra invites us to experience the sacred through the body.
Through sensation.
Through presence.
Through breath.
In this space, breathwork is not about performance.
It is about embodiment.
It is about learning to stay.
To stay with sensation.
To stay with emotion.
To stay with the pulse of life moving through the body.
The breath becomes a way of meeting the places within ourselves that we may have disconnected from.
Not with force.
But with presence.
Not with judgment.
But with curiosity.
The body is not separate from your spiritual journey.
The body is part of the path.
YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM & THE BREATH
Every moment, your body is listening to your environment.
It is constantly asking:
Am I safe?
Do I need to protect myself?
Can I rest?
Much of this happens beneath conscious awareness through the autonomic nervous system.
THE VAGUS NERVE — A BRIDGE BETWEEN BODY & BREATH
The vagus nerve is the major nerve pathway associated with the parasympathetic nervous system.
It travels from the brainstem through the body and connects with many important organs, including the heart, lungs and digestive system.
Its name comes from the Latin word vagus, meaning “wandering” — a beautiful reflection of its long journey throughout the body.
The vagus nerve plays an important role in regulating functions such as:
Heart rate
Breathing
Digestion
The body's relaxation and recovery responses
The vagus nerve is also involved in the ongoing communication between the brain and the body.
This is why the body is not simply something that follows the mind.
The body is constantly sending information back.
Breath is one of the ways we can consciously work with this relationship.
In particular, slow, comfortable breathing and a slightly longer exhale may support parasympathetic activity through vagal pathways.
This is why, after a stressful day, simply taking a moment to slow the breath can feel profoundly different from trying to think your way into relaxation.
Sometimes the body needs an experience of slowing down before the mind can believe it is safe to rest.
The exhale becomes an invitation.
A softening.
A letting go.
A small message whispered through the body:
You do not have to hold everything right now.
The vagus nerve reminds us of something Tantra has always understood:
The mind and body are not separate.
What we think can affect how we feel.
But how we breathe, move, sound and inhabit our body can also influence our state of being.
🌹 WHY CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK?
PHYSICAL
Conscious breathwork may support:
Greater awareness of breathing patterns
Releasing habitual physical tension
Supporting relaxation and recovery
Greater connection with the body
Improved awareness of posture and areas of contraction
Supporting healthier transitions between activation and rest
Greater awareness of vitality and physical presence
Your breath is always communicating with your body.
When we slow down enough to listen, the body often begins to reveal what words cannot.
EMOTIONAL
The body does not only hold muscles and bones.
It also carries the imprint of our experiences.
Unspoken grief.
Unexpressed anger.
Longing.
Joy.
Love.
Loss.
Conscious breath can create a supported space to witness emotions as they arise.
You may experience:
A greater capacity to feel without immediately reacting
Emotional expression or release
Connection with grief, joy, anger or tenderness
A sense of spaciousness around emotions
Greater self-awareness and self-compassion
Nothing needs to be fixed.
Sometimes the deepest medicine is simply allowing yourself to feel what is already asking to be felt.
MENTAL
When life becomes overwhelming, the mind often runs ahead of the body.
Breath invites us back.
A conscious breathing practice may support:
Mental clarity
Presence and focus
Awareness of habitual thought patterns
A greater sense of calm
A feeling of spaciousness
The ability to pause before automatically reacting
As we become aware of the breath, we begin to notice the spaces between our thoughts.
And perhaps, in those spaces…
we remember who we are beneath the noise.
SPIRITUAL
For those who experience breath as more than physiology, it can become a doorway into something sacred.
A remembering.
A return.
A meeting with the part of you that existed before the roles, expectations and identities.
Ātman (आत्मन्) — the inner Self.
Prāṇa (प्राण) — vital life force.
Śakti (शक्ति) — creative, dynamic energy.
Sākṣin (साक्षिन्) — the witness.
Through breath, we practise becoming the witness.
Not running from the sensation.
Not becoming the thought.
Not needing to explain every emotion.
Simply witnessing.
Simply breathing.
Simply being.
“Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ.”
Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.
— The Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali
And perhaps, sometimes…
the journey towards stillness begins with a single conscious breath.
🌹 WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR 75-MINUTE JOURNEY
Each monthly session is a journey into the body through breath, awareness and embodied presence.
Our 75 minutes together may include:
ARRIVAL & GROUNDING
A moment to land.
To leave the outside world behind.
To arrive in your body and become aware of how you are truly feeling.
BREATH-LED MOVEMENT & AWAKENING
Gentle, intentional movement and breath practices to awaken awareness, vitality and connection with your life force.
A space to explore the relationship between breath, body and energy.
CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK & ŚAKTI
A deeper exploration of breath and sensation.
An invitation to move beyond the thinking mind and into the living intelligence of the body.
To explore the relationship between breath, creative life force and Śakti.
Not to force.
But to feel.
Not to perform.
But to become present.
RELEASE & EXPRESSION
A space for whatever may wish to move.
Breath.
Sound.
Emotion.
Stillness.
There is nothing you need to manufacture.
Your experience is your own.
INTEGRATION & DEEP REST
Time to soften.
To allow the body and nervous system to integrate the experience.
To rest.
To listen.
To simply be.
🌹 WHO IS THIS FOR?
Absolutely Everyone.
This monthly space is open to all genders, bodies and levels of experience.
Whether you have never consciously explored your breath before, practise regularly, are curious about Tantra and Śakti, or are simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself—
you are welcome.
No previous experience is required.
You do not need to know how to breathe “perfectly.”
You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need to be spiritual.
You simply need a willingness to meet yourself.
Come with curiosity.
Come with your questions.
Come with your tiredness.
Come with the parts of yourself you have been too busy to meet.
Your breath does not ask you to become someone else.
It simply asks:
Are you willing to be here?
Come.
Breathe.
Feel.
Soften.
Awaken.
Remember.
Your breath has been with you since the beginning.
Perhaps it is time to consciously come back to it.
75 minutes.
One breath at a time.
A monthly journey back home to yourself.
BRING ALONG :
Come with as little as possible — and bring what allows your body to feel comfortable, safe and supported.
Please bring:
A yoga mat — your foundation for the practice.
A blanket or shawl — the body can cool down during deeper breathwork and integration.
Warm, comfortable layers — you may move between activation and deep rest.
A bottle of water — stay hydrated before and after the session.
Comfortable clothing — ideally loose enough around the belly, ribs and chest to allow unrestricted breathing and movement.
A journal & pen — optional, for capturing anything that arises after the practice.
An open heart and curious mind — you don't need to arrive with an intention or expectation.
And perhaps most importantly…
Bring yourself exactly as you are.
You don't need to prepare your emotions.
You don't need to clear your mind.
You don't need to know what you're going to experience.
Come tired.
Come joyful.
Come curious.
Come uncertain.
Let the breath meet you there.
The only thing you truly need to bring is your willingness to breathe, feel and be present.
COME BREATHE WITH ME
Perhaps you don't need another space to learn.
Perhaps you need a space to remember.
To remember the rhythm beneath the rushing.
The softness beneath the holding.
The life force beneath the numbness.
For 75 minutes, we step away from the noise of the world and return to something ancient.
Your breath.
Your body.
Your Prāṇa.
Your Śakti.
It has carried you through every beginning, every ending, every grief, every becoming.
Perhaps this month, you allow yourself to consciously meet it.
With Love , Devotion & Shakti

A Womb-Led Ceremony of
Womb Yoga, Meditation & Śakti Dance
Sunday 20 September | 10:30am – 1:30pm
Beloved Sisters ,
There is a quiet wisdom that only Autumn can teach.
Not through striving.
Not through becoming.
But through surrender.
As the Wheel turns once more, the Earth begins to soften her grip. She releases with grace, never questioning the timing of what is ready to fall away.
The trees do not mourn their leaves.
They trust the unseen.
The Autumn Equinox is a sacred threshold—a moment where light and darkness stand in perfect harmony before the journey inward begins.
Nature reminds us that there is beauty not only in blooming, but in letting go.
Perhaps your womb has been whispering the same.
Perhaps there are stories she no longer wishes to carry.
Perhaps there are expectations that no longer belong to you.
Perhaps there is a version of you that has completed her journey.
Autumn Equinox Surrender – Maha Yoni Temple is an invitation to honour this sacred season through the wisdom of the womb.
To slow down.
To breathe.
To gather the medicine from everything this year has offered you.
And to release, with love, all that no longer nourishes your soul.
This is not a ceremony of endings.
It is a ceremony of trust.
Because every surrender creates space for something more true to emerge.
Our Temple Journey (10:30am – 1:30pm)
Our morning together unfolds as a gentle return to yourself.
🌺 Tantra Yoni Yoga — Returning to the Wisdom of the Womb
Our journey begins with Tantra Yoni Yoga—a gentle, womb-led practice that honours the body as a sacred temple and the womb as the seat of feminine wisdom.
Autumn is the season of surrender.
Just as the Earth releases her leaves without resistance, we are invited to soften the places within us that have been gripping, striving, protecting and holding for far too long.
This is not a practice of achieving.
It is a practice of remembering.
Through conscious breath, intuitive movement, pelvic awareness and moments of deep stillness, we create a loving conversation between the heart, the womb and the body.
Every movement becomes a prayer.
Every breath an offering.
Every pause an invitation to listen.
This is where Shakti is no longer something we seek outside ourselves...
She begins to awaken from within.
🌿 How This Practice May Support You
Tantra Yoni Yoga works on many layers of your being—physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual.
You may experience:
🤍 Softening of the pelvic bowl, releasing tension often held within the hips, sacrum, jaw and lower back.
🤍 A deeper connection with your womb space, awakening intuition, feminine wisdom and the body's innate intelligence.
🤍 Emotional release of grief, shame, fear and unspoken stories that the body has carried with tenderness for years.
🤍 Nervous system restoration, inviting the body to move from survival into safety, presence and deep rest.
🤍 Greater awareness of your cyclical nature, honouring your inner seasons rather than resisting them.
🤍 Awakening of Śakti, allowing life-force energy to flow more freely through the body with softness rather than force.
🤍 A profound sense of grounding, helping you gather your energy back from the external world and return home to yourself.
🤍 A sacred remembrance that your womb is not simply an organ of creation, but a living temple of intuition, creativity, sensuality and spiritual wisdom.
This practice is not about becoming more flexible.
It is about becoming more available—
to your breath...
to your body...
to your truth...
and to the quiet voice of your womb that has been patiently waiting for you to listen.
Because when a woman returns to her womb, she doesn't become someone new.
She simply remembers who she has always been.
🌙 Womb Meditation with Angela Atkinson — Entering the Inner Temple
I am honoured to have Angela joining me to facilitate our Equinox Meditation.
As the body softens through Tantra Yoni Yoga, we journey into the quiet sanctuary of the womb.
In every spiritual tradition, there is a place where the seeker returns—not to find answers, but to remember.
For a woman, that place is the womb.
Not simply as a physical space, but as a living temple of consciousness... a sacred geometry where intuition, memory, creation and the Divine Feminine meet.
Within her, your past, present and future exist in quiet conversation.
She remembers the women who came before you.
She holds the whispers of your ancestors.
She carries the dreams your soul came here to embody.
This meditation is an invitation to descend beyond the noise of the mind and into the sacred architecture of your being—where nothing needs to be forced, because everything already exists within you.
In the stillness, the womb begins to speak.
Not through words...
But through sensation.
Through feeling.
Through deep inner knowing.
Autumn teaches us that wisdom is not gathered by holding on.
It is gathered by listening.
🌿 How This Practice May Support You
This womb meditation gently guides you into deeper communion with your inner landscape, supporting healing across the emotional, energetic and spiritual body.
You may experience:
🤍 A profound connection with the wisdom of your womb, allowing intuition to become a trusted guide in your daily life.
🤍 A deeper relationship with your ancestral lineage, honouring the gifts you have inherited while lovingly releasing patterns that no longer serve your path.
🤍 Emotional spaciousness, creating room for grief, joy, forgiveness and compassion to coexist without judgement.
🤍 Alignment with your soul's purpose, as the noise of the mind softens and the quiet truth of your inner knowing becomes clearer.
🤍 A remembrance of the womb as sacred geometry—the original mandala of creation, where your body, heart and spirit naturally return to harmony.
🤍 Greater trust in life's cycles, learning to honour endings as sacred preparations for new beginnings.
🤍 A deep sense of inner belonging, where your worth is no longer measured by what you do, but by your willingness to be fully present with yourself.
🤍 Connection to the Great Cosmic Womb, recognising that your individual womb is not separate from Nature, but an expression of the same creative intelligence that moves the seasons, the moon and the stars.
This is more than meditation.
It is a sacred remembering.
A return to the place where your ancestors prayed...
Where your soul first whispered its purpose...
And where Shakti continues to weave the threads of your becoming.
Because when a woman learns to sit in the silence of her womb, she no longer searches outside herself for direction.
She begins to live from the quiet certainty that she has always known the way. 🌺

We rise into free, intuitive movement… a sacred dance where the womb leads and Shakti expresses through you — sensual, मुक्त, alive.

Meet your Meditation Facilitator - Angela :
For the past 22 years, Angela has been walking alongside people through healing therapies, creating spaces where the body, mind and emotions can soften, rebalance and return to harmony.
She has a beautiful gift for guiding people inward through meditation — into the quieter places where healing, integration and restoration can unfold.
I am honoured to have Angela joining me to facilitate our Equinox Meditation.
The Equinox marks the moment when the Sun rests above the Equator, bringing us into a moment of equal light and dark — and, in the Northern Hemisphere, the threshold of Autumn.
It is a sacred invitation to pause.
To honour the dance between light and shadow.
Between the masculine and feminine within us.
Between what we are ready to hold… and what we are ready to release.
Autumn carries the wisdom of death and renewal.
The trees do not cling to what is leaving.
They surrender.
And perhaps this is the medicine of the Equinox too — to gently ask ourselves:
What am I ready to let die, so something more truthful can be born?
As we gather, we will honour this turning of the wheel, returning to balance within and around us, and listening for the wisdom that becomes available when we stop resisting the natural rhythm of letting go.
A meditation for surrender.
For balance.
For renewal.
And for remembering that sometimes, the deepest transformation begins with release.

I’m not creating this space because I have it all together…
I’m creating it because I know what it feels like to not be held.
To carry things in silence.
To long for women you can just be real with.
To want a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, shrink yourself, or hold it all alone.
So this is that space.
A free monthly online Sisterhood Circle where we come as we are—messy, tender, open, closed, unsure… all of it welcome.
This isn’t about being “high vibe” or having the right words.
This is about truth.
In this space, you can:
Speak what’s actually on your heart
Share what you’ve been holding in
Ask the questions you don’t usually say out loud
Be witnessed without fixing, judging, or comparing
Sit in silence if that’s all you have that day
Some nights we might laugh until we soften.
Some nights we might cry.
Some nights we might just sit and breathe together
There is no cost, because this isn’t transactional.
This is about remembering sisterhood.
This is a confidential space. What is shared here, stays here.
Your voice, your story, your body… safe.
We will meet each month around the New Moon or Full Moon, honouring the cycles we so often forget to listen to.
🌑 Every 4th Thursday of the month
Thursday, 25th June
8:00 – 9:00 PM (UK time)
Online (Zoom)
There’s no big plan.
No performance.
Just women… gathering.
If something in you softens reading this…
If something in your body whispers yes…
Come.
With love, devotion & Śakti
