Sexual energy is more than sexuality.

It is life-force.

The energy that moves through your body.
The energy that fuels desire, creativity, expression and connection.
The energy that wants to move through you and become something.

Yet we are rarely taught how to consciously hold it.

We suppress it.
We scatter it.
We release it.
We perform around it.

My work is an invitation to return to your body and develop a conscious relationship with the energy that is already within you.

To feel it.

To listen to it.

To hold it.

And, when you are ready, to transform it into creative power.

don't believe healing can be reduced to a set of techniques.

You may arrive needing movement.

Or stillness.

Breath.

Tantra.

Meditation.

Energy work.

Embodiment.

A conversation.

Or simply a space where you can finally stop holding everything together.

You do not need to know what you need before you arrive.

I listen to your body, your energy, your story and what is present in the moment.

From there, we discover the pathway together.

This is why I don't offer a one-size-fits-all prescription.
