Yoni Yoga & Embodiment
This is not performance yoga.
It is a womb-led, Sākti-driven practice that invites you back into your body with reverence and choice.
My approach to Kundalini Yoga is slow, trauma-aware, and deeply embodied, with a focus on the pelvic bowl, yoni space, breath, and gentle spinal flow. Energy is invited to rise organically — never forced.
These practices support nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper relationship with the womb as a centre of wisdom, creativity, and power.
For Every Season of Womanhood
This work honours the changing intelligence of the female body across all life stages:
Maiden — grounding, body trust, healthy pelvic awareness
Creatrix / Mother — womb vitality, balance, replenishment after giving
Conscious Conception — receptivity, emotional clearing, embodied preparation
Perimenopause & Menopause — grounding, regulation, reclaiming power
Crone — integration, sovereignty, embodied wisdom
Each phase is met with practices that respect the body’s rhythm and needs.
